4/14/2011 will be the 4/14 Prayer-day

In less than a month we have the date 4/14. That day will be a World Wide day for us to focus on the children in the crucial age 4 years to 14 years. Churches, NGO’s and Christians all over the world are encouraged to put aside time during the day and pray, pray and pray. Pray for our children. We all know that too many children are suffering. We need God’s wisdom, grace and help. The children need God.
Our idea is that you in your church or in your office decide how you can lift up the children of the world to God on this specific day. Maybe 2 hours in each department if you are an organization, if you are a church you can invite for a 1 day prayer event or shorter?
Attached is a prayer guide made of ONE HOPE. That can work as a guide for you while praying. You can also just use parts of it or make your own concept. We encourage you to start praying for children of the world and come closer and closer to the children in your own communities. Include the children in Japan, in Libya, Egypt and other places where they are hurt, grieving, hungry, sick or in danger.

Most Filipino children have their summer vacation the 4/14. They can also join this prayer day!
