Pebbles And Stones Training – October 28, 2010

PCMN in partnership with OneHope and Pebbles and Stones is organizing a one-day training on “Listening, Journaling, Sharing and Praying.” This is will be held on October 28, 2010 (Thursday). It will start at 8:00 a.m. and finish at 5:00 p.m. The venue is Norwegian Mission Alliance Chapel in #158 Mother Ignacia Avenue corner Samar St., South Triangle, Quezon City.

Ms. Kathleen Trock of Pebbles and Stones Intergenerational Global Ministry will be the training resource speaker. Pebbles and Stones Ministry encourages God’s children of all ages to listen to God’s voice and respond to Him.

There is a registration fee of P250 which will cover the costs of 2 snacks, lunch and training handout materials that will be paid on site. The Growth Of Love Conference – October 29-30 – November 1-2, 2010

Jigsaw Kids Ministries Philippines and PCMN are organizing a 4-day conference on “The Growth of Love” featuring Dr. Keith White as the main conference speaker. The conference will be held on October 28,29 and November 1,2 2010. It will start at 9:00 a.m. and finish each evening at 8:00 p.m. The venue is: 5th Floor, Vicar Bldg. New York St. corner Denver St., Cubao, QC (back of Dagupan Bus terminal).

Dr. Keith White is the Director of Mill Grove which is a residential community caring for children who have experienced loss and separation. He is an associate lecturer at Spurgeon’s College, a visiting lecturer at the Malaysian Baptist Theological Seminary, chair of the Child Theology Movement and founder of Christian Child Care Forum. In the conference, he will explore the fundamental elements of child development – security, boundaries, significance, community and creativity – which add up to love.

The conference costs per person is P1,500 and will include costs of 2 snacks, lunch, evening meal, 2 books both written by Dr. White, “The Growth of Love” and “The Reflection of Life.” There are 35 slots in the conference.
