Vision
As the Lord enables, MTWP will establish a residential home and tutorial leaning center to assist street children in their understanding and application of the whole counsel of God in a Christ-centered environment.

Mission
In endeavoring to fulfill God’s mandate “to give justice to the weak and fatherless and maintain the rights of the afflicted and destitute” (Psalm82:3), we will work together in meeting the needs of the street children of Manila and surrounding areas by providing a safe, loving and Christ-centered home environment. Also, we will provide means to facilitate the development of their full potential in Christ.
