Mission
We, the Western Samar Children’s Ministries Network, a local network of Christian churches and organizations, exists to protect the dignity and rights of children as human beings, through advocacy, partnership and collaboration of stakeholders, so that children of Western Samar will be able to reach their potential, live well and play a part in fulfilling God’s desire for them.
