Mission
We are a local network that educate, equip, advocate for the rights of children in Eastern Samar (families and communities).

Strategic Goals
Educate parents, children and the community on children’s rights.
Equip the pastors and church leaders (elders and workers of the church) on children’s rights.
Advocate to the community and other church leaders about children’s rights and support for ESCRAN’s initiatives for children.
